Diplo (Thomas Wesley Pentz, born in 1978) is an American DJ and music producer. He is the creator and leading member of Major Lazer, a member of the duo Jack Ü with Skrillex, the group LSD with Labrinth and Sia, and Silk City with Mark Ronson. He founded the record label Mad Decent in 2006 and produced M.I.A.'s Paper Planes.
There are currently two upcoming Diplo shows on the schedule: Encore Beach Club in Las Vegas on October 28, 2026, and DAER South Florida in Hollywood, Florida, near Miami, on December 6, 2026.
A Diplo set moves between dancehall, trap, house, and pop, with hits from his various projects. These shows are at clubs and a beach club, where the audience dances close to the DJ booth and the atmosphere is more party than concert. Pairing a show like this with a few days in Las Vegas or Miami makes for a ready-made vacation.
