About the terms, conditions of use and privacy policy

Purchasing tickets and/or sports packages on the “TikTik” site (hereinafter “TikTik” and/or “TikTik”) constitutes agreement to the terms of this document.

This document applies to both genders, but is written in the masculine form.

Terms of purchase:

• Package prices and accommodation arrangements: The price shown on the site for a package refers to a person in a double room. A customer requesting a single package will be charged an additional fee for a single room (staying in a room alone).
• Ticket prices and seating together in the stadium: The ticket prices shown on the site are valid for the purchase of single or pair tickets only. When purchasing more than two tickets, and in order to secure seating together in the same category ordered, a variable additional payment will be required depending on the event and subject to the supplier's approval.
• The customer confirms that they agree to the offer and/or package terms attached, which form an integral part of this agreement. The customer is aware that the price of the ticket to the event in this booking is higher than the price printed on the ticket.
• The customer undertakes to comply with the procedures of the airlines and/or hotels and/or any other third-party supplier providing services in connection with this transaction.
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide TikTik in writing with the details of the hotel where they will be staying abroad, including the full address, the name under which the hotel booking was made, arrival date and phone number. If the customer will be staying with a private individual, they must provide in writing the address details of where they will be staying, as well as a phone number.
• The customer is aware that airlines may update flight times solely at their own discretion.
• Prices on the site are per person in a double room (two passengers sharing one room); booking for a single passenger incurs an additional fee, and the same applies to a booking of more than two passengers in a single order
• The customer must provide in advance the names of all passengers in English and dates of birth, as they appear in the passport. Regarding children up to age 12 (the birthday must fall before the departure date from Israel).
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide TikTik with contact details for them abroad, including a mobile phone that will be available to receive calls. If the customer uses a call-screening code, the customer must inform TikTik of this.
• TikTik's payment terms are receipt of payment for the service before the event. Payment methods are detailed below.
• Transaction prices are quoted in euros or pounds, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, and the charge in new shekels will be made according to the high transfer and money-order rate of the currency on the day the payment is made.
• When placing an online order on the site, the person placing the order will be sent an email titled “Your order from the TikTik-Online.co.il site has been received!”. For the avoidance of doubt, this email is not a confirmation email. Order confirmation will be received in a separate email once the order components have been approved

Ticket delivery times and shipping policy:

• Tickets will be delivered by the day before the match at the hotel or place of accommodation where the customer is staying. In exceptional cases, tickets will be delivered by 14:00 on the day of the event
• For football matches, there are cases where tickets will be delivered at a pick-up point on the day of the match, usually at a hotel near the stadium, or at a central location in the city. We will, of course, make sure to update you regarding the pick-up time up to 24 hours before the match.

Use of the match entry ticket and conduct at stadiums:

• If the customer receives explanatory notes with the ticket, they must read and understand what is written in them. If there are any questions, please contact us immediately at the emergency phone number, 972-732726000. In any case, we ask that you not approach ushers and/or stewards and/or other security personnel including police officers, without our approval. For any question, contact us.
• If the customer encounters a problem with the tickets at the stadium entrance, they must contact us immediately at the emergency numbers, which are available 24/7. The emergency number is 972-732726000 A customer who does not contact us to handle the problem will not be entitled to any refund or compensation. We keep spare tickets available for immediate dispatch for all major events. You can also send a WhatsApp message to our number – 972-732726000; customers are asked to add it to their contacts.
• The customer must arrive at the match wearing neutral clothing or clothing of the team whose fans they are seated among. Entry to the stand of a particular team's fans will not be permitted while wearing the rival team's clothing.
• We recommend following the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' guidelines regarding the conduct of Israelis abroad (for example: not waving Israeli flags, not drawing attention to being Israeli, speaking Hebrew loudly in stadiums, etc.).
• If you are seated in the stand of a particular team, and you support the rival team, do not celebrate / do not show joy if the rival team (which you support) scores a goal, wins a penalty kick, or benefits from any other event. Such behavior amounts to provoking the crowd and, at best, will get you removed from the stadium by security personnel / police officers.
• If the customer receives a season ticket / member card - MEMBER CARD, the customer must return the card to TikTik. In such a case, TikTik will arrange to collect the tickets from the hotel.
• If a customer loses / has stolen a season ticket or member card - MEMBER CARD that was supplied by a TikTik services supplier, the customer must bear the costs of this loss, including payment to the supplier for this loss.

Seating arrangement:

• When tickets other than single tickets are ordered, the commitment is to seating in pairs unless otherwise specified
• Seating in pairs will be considered seating together as a pair if communicated to the customer as follows:
• 
• Seating in a group of three will be considered seating together as a threesome
• 
• In exceptional cases, if the customer did not receive the promised category and no solution or real-time response was provided for any reason, the agreed compensation the customer will receive is the difference between the face value of the category they received and the category ordered. If seats together were ordered and not supplied for any reason, the maximum compensation is the face value stated on the ticket. If season/member tickets were supplied, the compensation/credit amount will not exceed the face value of that ticket in that category.

Accommodation arrangements:

• When booking a room at hotels in Europe, the customer is aware that they may receive a TWIN or DOUBLE room, with a double bed or with separate beds.
• Please note the check-in time and check-out time shown on the hotel voucher.
• You must inform your handling representative or customer service if you are arriving at a late or unusual hour, in order to avoid a NO SHOW.

TikTik's responsibility:

• TikTik undertakes to supply the customer with the ticket(s) ordered to the address provided by the customer, and to supply all services ordered, approved and paid for by the customer. As stated, tickets are supplied by the day of the event.
• Delivery of a ticket to the customer is considered to have occurred if one or more of the following cases apply:

1.Delivery to the hotel where the customer is staying

2. Delivery to the address where the customer is staying (in case the customer is staying with a friend / relative)

3. Delivery to a person whose details were provided to the supplier by the customer.

4. Manual delivery to the customer.

5. Sending the ticket to the customer by email (E-TICKET). Transfer of the ticket via a dedicated app.

• There is no commitment regarding the location in the stadium, unless otherwise agreed in writing.  TikTik is an entity that coordinates between various service suppliers, including airlines, hotels, ticket suppliers, etc., and is therefore not responsible for malfunctions caused by faulty performance of the services supplied by the service suppliers, or due to factors beyond its control or that of third-party suppliers involved in this transaction
• For the avoidance of doubt, TikTik is not responsible for any failure in the service of a carrier involved in the transaction, including an air carrier, ground carrier, etc. However, TikTik undertakes to update the customer of any change in flight schedule. TikTik is not responsible for theft of the ticket, loss and/or any other damage caused to the ticket after it has been delivered to the customer. There will be no refund in such a case.
• If the match/event/show is postponed to another date — the ticket is valid for the new date. If the event is canceled and no new date is set — the customer will receive a refund of the value of the ticket. Dear customer, match dates are subject to change. We recommend checking them on the websites of the teams involved in the match.
• If the airline, on its own initiative, announces the cancellation of the flight, for any reason including force majeure, TikTik will refund the customer the amount received from the airline once received (based on past experience, between 30-60 business days). The other package components (hotel and event tickets) will remain valid. Should the customer request our help finding an alternative flight, the customer will need to bear the full payment/cost of booking the new flight.
• TikTik will not be liable for indirect and/or consequential damages that may be caused to the customer in connection with the services provided by TikTik, whether the source of these damages is TikTik itself or other suppliers.

Cancellation procedures:

• Tickets for events abroad are non-cancellable — therefore, the cancellation fee for vacation packages including a show or sports event within the first 14 days will be 33% of the total transaction.
• For vacation packages including a sports event or show abroad, where the airline is a foreign carrier with no base in Israel — the cancellation fee will be 66% from the very first moment, since the Consumer Protection Law does not apply to these airlines.
• After 14 days from the time the order is placed – full cancellation fee
• For transactions where the departure date is less than 14 days before the flight time – full cancellation fee from the very first moment

 

Changes (name change etc.) according to the terms of the various suppliers

• It is hereby clarified that immediately after the customer places the order, TikTik contacts the ticket suppliers in an attempt to purchase the ordered tickets for the person placing the order. Upon receiving notice from the supplier that the ordered tickets are available for purchase, TikTik places the order and transfers full payment for the tickets to the supplier. TikTik has no way to receive a refund from the supplier in the event of a cancellation.
• In light of the above, in the event of a transaction cancellation by the customer, the cancellation fee is 100% of the value of the transaction. Any amount refunded to the customer is at the good will of each supplier and/or third party involved in the transaction.
• Transaction cancellations will be made explicitly in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
• If the customer wishes to cancel a transaction for any reason, the customer shall submit an organized request to the email infogroup@tiktik.co.il, detailing the reason for the cancellation.
• TikTik alone reserves the right to check with the third parties involved in the transaction the possibility of obtaining any refund in the event of cancellation by the customer for any reason. TikTik does not undertake to make any effort to obtain cancellation fees from any third party involved in the transaction; if the third party involved in the transaction decides to credit the supplier with an amount that is part or all of the payment transferred to it, the supplier will itself decide on the amount of the refund to the customer.
• The customer may purchase cancel-for-any-reason insurance, at their own responsibility and expense, but in any case TikTik will bear no liability whatsoever. – The customer confirms that they have read and understood the above cancellation terms, and that they agree to them. The customer is aware that the supplier works with third-party suppliers relying on their full agreement, and that the customer will have no claim and/or demand or argument against TikTik in connection with these terms.

• Every order includes a handling fee of 100 euros per passenger, which will not be refunded under any circumstances, for any reason, even when refunds are received from the various service suppliers.

 

Payment methods:

• Credit card, also available in installments, as detailed below: up to 2 installments, with no interest / linkage charge, but a processing fee of 1% of the transaction amount will be charged.
• Between 3 and 12 installments, a processing fee of 5% to 8% of the transaction value will be charged.
• Bank transfer, cash – checks / money orders: payment can be made with one cash check. – If you are booking a service in advance (football packages or tickets) for an event taking place several months after the order is placed, the payment amount can be spread over several installments (checks), as long as the full amount is paid before the event. In addition, the customer must provide credit card details as a guarantee.
• The customer may pay in cash in foreign currency, plus an exchange-rate-difference fee charged by the bank. – The charge will be made in new shekels according to the high money-order and transfer rate of the currency on the day the payment is made.

Privacy protection and limitation:

• TikTik will not infringe on a customer's privacy and will comply in this regard with the provisions of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.
• Your privacy is important to us. To improve the protection of your privacy, we provide this information about our privacy policy and about the options available to you while on the site and regarding our practices concerning the collection of information on the site. To ensure site visitors' awareness, this information appears both on the site's homepage and at every point where personal information is requested.

The information we collect:

On pages of the site where a product or service can be ordered, information can be requested, etc., the following information is required:

• Name
• ID number
• Address
• Email
• Phone
• Credit card number

What we do with the information:

• Information provided in order to place a service order is used solely for the purpose of carrying out that task and the tasks derived from it (for example, charging the consumer, issuing a receipt, etc.).
• The information is not transferred to any other party, except as required to complete the task (such as to the credit card company).
• Information provided about another person for the purpose of sending a gift is used for that purpose only. If you have sent us an email, we will use the email address from which you sent it in order to send a reply email, but for no other purpose, and we will likewise not pass the address on to any other entity.

• If you would like to receive additional information, you are welcome to let us know of this wish and we will act accordingly. In any case, we will not use your details for this purpose unless you have explicitly requested it. A request-for-information form for your email address regarding promotions is attached.

• We use non-identifying information, meaning information that cannot be attributed to a specific individual, to improve our site and update our business practices and our services; such non-personal information is also passed on to other parties, including our advertisers. For example: the number of visitors to the site, time spent on the site, but not any detail of information that personally identifies the site visitor.

Of course, we make no use of the details of the payment method you provided, whether a credit card or a bank account number, other than to carry out the payment, and we do not pass it on to any additional party except for this purpose.

Our commitment to information security:

We prevent unauthorized access to our databases. We keep the information updated, and ensure correct use of the data. We have implemented physical, technological and electronic procedures to secure the information we collect on the site. And we meet internet information security standards according to the strictest criteria.

Payment processing is carried out securely with the company PELECARD and the payment page is secured to the PCI-DSS standard.

Guidelines for those flying to England and the countries of the United Kingdom – responsibility for obtaining entry visas and electronic travel authorizations (ETA)

1. Passenger responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of passengers (including minors) to check, obtain and carry with them all required travel documents, including a valid passport, entry visas, and electronic entry authorizations such as ETA (Electronic Travel Authorisation) required for entry to the United Kingdom (UK).
2. UK policy: Please note, starting from the dates set by the UK government, every passenger holding a passport that does not require a regular visa (including an Israeli passport) is required to obtain ETA Approval in advance and independently before arriving at the airport.
3. Absence of Liability on the Part of the Company: The company "TikTik Sports & Concert Tourism Ltd." (hereinafter: "the Company") is not liable for the airline's refusal to board a passenger on a flight and/or for the immigration authorities' refusal to allow a passenger to enter the country, resulting from failure to present an ETA approval or any other document.
4. Costs and Cancellations: Any cost, damage or expense incurred by the passenger due to failure to obtain an ETA approval as required by the airlines' and/or UK immigration authorities' procedures shall be borne by the passenger alone. Failure to obtain the approval does not constitute grounds for canceling the transaction without a cancellation fee, and the regular cancellation terms apply in full.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

The governing law for this transaction is Israeli law only. The customer confirms that in the event of a dispute and/or claim, exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District.

Liability of the Business:

The Company and/or anyone on its behalf shall not be liable for any indirect and/or direct damage caused as a result of using the service and/or using the product purchased on the website

Purchase and Use of the Website:

Use of the website has no age restriction, but purchasing on the website is permitted to those aged 18 and over

"Harry's Roar" Cancellation Protection:

When booking a full tour package on the website – you can add, up to 7 days from the booking date and as long as the departure date is more than 14 days away, "Cancellation Protection," and only when the operator is Israeli

The cost of Cancellation Protection is 50 euros per traveler, and in the event of a flight cancellation by the airline, up to 7 days before takeoff, it can be activated if purchased before the conditions above apply, and you can receive an 80% cash refund or 100% future credit valid for 24 months from the date of cancellation

Important to remember: this is not "cancel for any reason insurance," which can be purchased separately from the various insurance companies
