Ten consecutive nights at The O2 - the longest run in a single city on the whole tour, and also its ending: the final show, on 1 September, closes out the entire tour. The tour is built around the album Eternal Sunshine and the extended edition released after it. What makes these nights especially special is what she announced at the start of August: after the tour ends, she is taking a break from public life. She stressed from the stage that the decision wasn't rash and that she's ending the tour at its peak - but in practice this means that these are, as of now, her last concerts for an unknown period of time. The tour was originally planned for five nights in London and was doubled to ten due to demand.

Anyone without a smartphone, or whose ticket doesn't appear, has an official route: come to the venue's box office with a photo ID in the name of the booking and the confirmation email, ninety minutes before doors open. The second: the clear bag policy. At these concerts, one clear bag or one clear zip-lock bag per person is allowed, up to thirty by fifteen by thirty centimeters. A bag inside a bag is not allowed. Medical bags and childcare bags are allowed after inspection. Cameras and any recording equipment are prohibited - a phone with a camera is allowed. And there's no re-entry: anyone who leaves after their ticket has been scanned does not get back in.
Children under sixteen need a seated ticket at The O2 - they cannot enter the standing area at all. You need to know this rule before buying, because the venue explicitly states it will not refund it: a standing ticket bought for a child under this age simply will not allow entry, and will not be refunded. In other words, for anyone coming with children, the question of standing or seated has already been decided. In addition, children under fourteen must be accompanied by an adult. Also note that 31 August is an official UK bank holiday - a holiday timetable and heavier crowds. Alternatives worth knowing about: a Thames river boat, bus lines, and a cable car that crosses the river. Anyone attending one of the nights without a night tube - it's worth considering staying somewhere closer to central London rather than at the end of a line.
