In January 2027 you can see Werder Bremen up close. You can book tickets for five of the team's matches this month: three home matches at Weserstadion in Bremen, and two away matches against Schalke 04 at Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen and against RB Leipzig at Red Bull Arena in Leipzig. That way you can build the trip around the date that suits you best.
On 9 January Werder hosts Union Berlin, and on 12 January it takes to the field in Gelsenkirchen against Schalke 04, a Bundesliga 2026/27 match. Here you can see the team both at home and away. Anyone planning a single trip for two matches can choose this pair: a home match at Weserstadion on 9 January (date not final) and an away match at Veltins Arena on 12 January (date not final).
Werder returns home to host Elversberg. This is another option for those who cannot make the dates 9 and 12 January. Anyone who wants to see two home matches on the same trip can combine 16 January (date not final) with 23 January (date not final), both matches at Weserstadion in Bremen.
Werder's third home match in January is against Freiburg. The match takes place at Weserstadion, as do the matches against Union Berlin and Elversberg. Anyone who wants to see the team at its home ground can build the trip around this date.
On 30 January Werder plays away against RB Leipzig. This is an opportunity to see the team at a different stadium and in a different city. The match takes place at Red Bull Arena (Zentralstadion), RB Leipzig's stadium, so it is worth planning how to get from the hotel to the stadium in advance.
If seeing Werder Bremen at home is important to you, there are three dates at Weserstadion: 9 January 2027 (date not final), 16 January 2027 (date not final), and 23 January 2027 (date not final). Anyone wanting to see the team away can choose between Gelsenkirchen on 12 January 2027 (date not final) and Leipzig on 30 January 2027 (date not final). And anyone wanting two matches in one trip can combine a home match and an away match, for example 9 January 2027 (date not final) and 12 January 2027 (date not final).
