Melanie C (Melanie Chisholm, born 1974) is an English singer and songwriter. She rose to fame in the mid-90s as a member of the Spice Girls, the best-selling girl group of all time, where she was known as "Sporty Spice." Her solo career began in 1998 with a song with Bryan Adams, and her debut album, Northern Star, spawned two UK number-one songs, Never Be the Same Again and I Turn to You. She later founded her own record label, Red Girl Records.
Melanie C's European tour is short and packed, at the end of October 2026: O2 Ritz in Manchester on October 21, O2 Academy Brixton in London on the 23rd, O2 Institute in Birmingham on the 24th, Le Botanique in Brussels on the 26th, La Machine du Moulin Rouge in Paris on the 27th, Melkweg in Amsterdam on the 29th, and Metropol in Berlin on October 30. In November, she will also perform in Brisbane, Australia.
The venues on this tour are small and medium-sized, and the audience stands close to the stage. For anyone who grew up with British pop in the late 90s, this is a chance to see one of the Spice Girls up close.
