Step 2 — book. Choose your seats, fill in your details, and pay. Payment is secure and you can pay by credit card. Anyone who wants a full package can add flights and a hotel in the same process.
Step 3 — receive and enjoy. Tickets are sent by email or through the club's app, depending on the type of event. Before you travel, we give you all the information you need — how to get to the stadium, what you're allowed to bring in, and where's good to eat before the match. And if something changes at the last minute — we're available by phone and WhatsApp.
Our first step is always an alternative ticket of the same value or higher, at no extra cost. If we couldn't provide an alternative ticket in time — you get 150% back: the full amount you paid, refunded, plus a credit of 50% of that amount toward your next purchase. We initiate this, not you — no form and no request needed.
Here it's not up to us but up to the event organizer, so the policy varies from event to event. In practice, it's one of two things: a ticket for the new date, or a refund of the ticket's value. We handle this with them and update you on the options for that specific event.
